Dr. Rogers is the current executive director for Nirvana Ministries. He has served in that capacity for 15 years. Dr. Rogers brings a varied array of skills and expertise to his position. The company has grown from a two person operation to a staff of 23 plus a 9 person board of directors under his leadership. Dr. Rogers indicates, he is passionate when it comes to working with families and children. He states that the family is the backbone for life. Dr. Rogers clearly states that the specific goal and objective for Nirvana Ministries is to empower men to become productive and prodigious leaders of their family and community and to leave a rich legacy for their children to do the same. The agency also provides support and capacity building services to other agencies who provide family and community empowerment services.
